Reggio Emilia Inspired Early Learning in Greensborough

At St Helena Early Learning, we believe children are capable, curious and full of ideas.

Our Reggio Emilia inspired approach to early learning encourages children to take an active role in their learning. Rather than simply telling children what to learn, we create opportunities for them to investigate their interests, ask questions, experiment, collaborate and develop their own ideas.

Our educators observe what children are interested in and use these interests to create meaningful learning experiences.

From hands on projects and creative experiences to outdoor exploration and everyday discoveries, learning happens through play, relationships and connection.

A Place Where Children Can Be Curious and Confident

Every child learns differently, which is why we take the time to understand each child as an individual.

Our experienced educators work alongside children to encourage:

  • Curiosity and a love of learning
  • Confidence and independence
  • Creativity and self expression
  • Communication and collaboration
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Strong relationships with educators and peers

We want children to feel confident to ask questions, share their ideas and have a voice in their learning.

Discover Our Learning Environment

Our learning environments are designed to encourage children to explore and engage with the world around them.

Through carefully considered spaces, open-ended resources and hands-on experiences, children can follow their interests and develop new skills at their own pace.

Our Reggio Emilia inspired childcare philosophy recognises that the environment plays an important role in children’s learning. We aim to create spaces that invite children to wonder, investigate, create and connect.

New Management, A Continued Focus on Families

With new management now leading St Helena Early Learning, we’re looking forward to building on the strong foundations of the centre and continuing to support children and families in our local community.

For families considering childcare in Greensborough, choosing an early learning centre is about more than finding a place for your child to spend the day.

It’s about finding educators you trust, an environment where your child feels comfortable and a learning approach that supports their development and individuality.

That’s why we encourage families to come and meet our team, explore the centre and experience St Helena Early Learning for themselves.
